Problems in Tranmission Planning department, solution and benefits
Abstract: With the growing number of subscriber base and the coexistence of too many mobile phone operators in such a small country like Bangladesh customer retention becomes one of the key concerns to the management. With increasing demand from customer end the requirement from internal customers is also got high. To give the solution to technical problems in a least possible time and with quality is the main concern for the Technical persons. While giving solutions to various technical problems and make it as smooth as possible silently the problems also grow. I wanted to give some suggestions on how to solve these problems and who will get benefit from these solutions. I have submitted a proposal on this and this report is the outcome of my study.
