The first video is of a course on mindfulness on breathing, after that the videos, all guided, are mindfulness emotions, on a stream and observing oneself.
I have been pursuing the meditation for long, wanted to get into it for probably a decade or half, but could not find a way or time or energy to delve into it. But getting a little relaxation, recognizing of who I am inside, making conversations with myself had taken part regularly in this period. But when I found my practices are also part of a meditation category I felt glad. Mindfulness meditation is a special meditation technique where you will try to be mindful on present moment and would like to enjoy your presence in this moment. It's not like separating yourself from the whole world rather being into that time and enjoy being there. It is an amazing part of meditation which I like to share with you. If any part of it comes to anyone's help I will be so glad. These all are materials found in external sources, so nothing is of my own. I just want you to get help and get it in one place. The first video is of a course on mindfulness on breathing, after that the videos, all guided, are mindfulness emotions, on a stream and observing oneself. John Kabat zinn - a name synonymous with mindfulness meditation The man pictured left side is called as one of the leading persons who is teaching mindfulness meditation modern days. He is amazing in his gesture, voice, tone, sublimity. You can find his hundreds of videos in youtube and I am sure you will feel submerged with relaxation once you will hear your voice guiding you through the deep self thoughtfulness. He has been presenting around the world with his learnings from his teacher Master Seung Sahn. I hope you will like his 5 lectures he once delivered in Dartmouth. I have also put his two of the most recognized guided meditation lessons for beginners. Ringing bell/Singing bowl/Raging Bull/Calming sooth One of the most recognized instruments of meditation. My suggestion to listen to this singing bowl is to try to make your mind receivable of the origin of the bell and try to listen to the last resonance it leaves. It is another way to calm your mind and to be mindful. This technique is one of my favorites while I am in a hurry or don't want to be indulged in longer sessions. Following two videos are on ringing bells/bowls. I hope I could help you recognizing your craving for meditation and you are now enough motivated to find the best of it on your own. Happy meditating, Happy relaxing! Comments are closed.

A little heads upThe Blogorama is collection of my daily blog. Whereas category "Things made my life awesome" talks about my past wonderful experiences in an ascending order, "Now in my mind" says the issues I like my opinion on. "Life, in making" is recently started daily log (not so daily!), "Meditation" is something I come back so often, thought that would interest YOU too. Well, that sums it up (almost). Me,A constant dreamer, believe this is not the end of the world and try to make changes in my own life constantly. Life sometimes went hard and strict-my life's choices would determine whether I have taken them as lessons or punishment. My Quote'If you think someone else is the problem and is not letting you do certain things, that implies you perceive yourself a victim. Being victim is letting the person win. If you really want to make a statement: Ignore him. Blogories
